Congress of Chefs and Restauranteurs

We were present as an exhibitor at the Congress of Chefs and Restauranteurs, the largest gastronomic event in Poland, which takes place only once a year. In our supplier zone, together with over 100 other HoReCa companies, we presented our plant-based meat alternatives, delighting guests with their tastes and new products that disappeared from our stand as quickly as they were served.

On October 24, 2023, we were an exhibitor at the Congress of Chefs and Restorers. This is a unique event on a national scale, for all people associated with gastronomy, it takes place only once a year. There were also interesting lectures, presentations and workshops. It is worth noting that the Congress of Chefs and Restauranteurs, together with accompanying events, is the largest educational and business meeting for gastronomy in Poland. The Congress of Chefs and Restauranteurs was combined with the Supplier Zone, where you could talk to almost 100 of the most interesting suppliers of the HoReCa industry. Of course, Rośliniak’s stand was there as well. At our stand, during live cooking, the head chef of the Moonsfera restaurant, Rafał Krzysztyniak, prepared 11 dishes with our plant-based meat alternatives. Visitors enjoyed both breaded snacks and main courses. In the middle of the day, our plant-based shrimp alternative in sushi and skewers in marinade were presented for the first time to the big audience. They enjoyed great success and disappeared as quickly as they appeared. There were 2,019 participants at the event, 90 exhibitors at 72 stands.
